With over 19 years of combined experience in aesthetics, Julia has carefully curated her skill. She has honed her craft with both experience in a luxury 5-star resort spa as Lead Aesthetician as well as building her education in medical aesthetics as Director of Skin Care and Aesthetician at a plastic surgery center and medi-spa. Julia incorporates a balanced approach to her skincare practice. Her method blends both eastern & western methodologies into a harmonious union.

The Beauty Mark Method focuses on result-oriented treatments, using clinical-grade skincare solutions, advanced modalities , Gua Sha facial massage practice with a holistic approach.

She believes the skin is mirror of our internal health and inflammation levels. Lifestyle, diet, stress, hormones and homecare routines are all taken into consideration with her treatment approach.

Julia has a passion for skincare that was sparked at a young age as she recalls being a young girl by her mother’s side as she shopped in search of that “miracle cream” or watched her mother with intrigue as she would make funny faces, but later recognized she was actually practicing what was known as “facercise” or today recognized as “face yoga”. Julia is passionate on educating her clients on the ins and outs of skincare. Her clients value her honesty and trustworthy approach. This avid skin enthusiast is ready to spread the SKIN LOVE.

Outside of the studio Julia can be found beachside spending time with her two children, Matteo 13 and Lucia 9. If you’re a local seafood lover, you might even catch her at K Dock while she helps her hubby sell Monterey’s Fresh Catch at a dock sale.
